As the business environment is in a state of constant change and success is usually a result of team effort rather than that of individuals. Tomorrow's Managers will be team leaders with the ability and knowledge to lead their team to high performance,
output and overall success.

Paintball promotes individuals' hidden leadership abilities. Often an individual that is normally the 'quiet' team member becomes a team leader by taking control and instructing others under pressure.
Every game relies on the promotion of communication by each player and trusting the support and back up of team members.

We promote communication and instruct each team, prior to each game, on tactics and hints on leading the team to Victory.
The team is given suggestions on tactics, but left to their own devices, clear thinking and planning to ensure a win.
Management can be involved to boost the team building exercise, or can take a back seat opportunity to view staff in a real life pressure situation and evaluate those who handle a challenge with ease.
